Core Principle:
Creativity is not an event — it is a posture toward life.
Modern culture often confines creativity to artists and performers. Poetic living begins when we reclaim creativity as a daily human birthright — expressed in how we speak, move, decorate, cook, plan, and relate.
Actionable Practices:
Create a 5-minute daily “creative act” ritual (arranging flowers, journaling, styling clothing, plating food.)
Change one routine action into an aesthetic experience (music while cleaning, candles while working.)
Notice and document beauty once per day (photo or note.)
Reflection Prompt:
Where in my life have I been waiting for permission to be creative?
Guiding Idea:
A poetic life is not about producing art; it is about perceiving life as art.
